Now, this service is intended to be extended to the private sector. What will be the natural inclination amongst the CISF personnel to seek lucrative postings in the private sector? It is a new sector that the CISF staff is entering. Naturally, there will be a tendency amongst the CISF staff to go to the private sector for postings. So, under these conditions, I would request the hon. Minister that there is a need for putting in place a suitable personnel policy in the CISF Act. It is because of the changing circumstances, the Government should consider to see that there should be a suitable personnel policy in the CISF. It would be appropriate if the extended coverage could also include the cooperative sector, which is also contributing to the economic growth and development of the nation. We know the contributing to the economic growth and development of the nation. We know the contribution of the cooperative sector in the growth of our national economy. So, when we decide to extend the service of the CISF to the private sector, I would also request the hon. Minister to accept the demand of the cooperative sector. There is also a demand, and there is also a request from the corporate sector for engagement of the CISF forces in their industries. As far as the cost is concerned, the Section is very clear. It is on a cost-reimbursement basis. There are standard billing procedures. The same principles that apply to the public sector will also be applied to the private sector and the joint sector. It is not intended to make a profit by deploying the CISF. It is intended to recover every pie of the cost of providing the security cover. There would be no discrimination between public sector on the one hand, and the private sector. Following Lovlina borgohian's lament about her coach sandhya gurung's absence in the games village, the Indian olympic association on Monday made a speical request to the Birimingham Commonwealth Games Organsiing Committee to provide accreditation to the Tokyo Olympics bronzes medalist boxer's coach. After a special meeting of its top officials late in the evening acting president anil khanna, in a statement, said that the matter of Sandhya's accreditation was a late request. "However given the IOA places the convenience of the Indian athletes at the highest level, a special request has been made to the BCGOC on a priority basis to provide Gurung with the requisite accrediation said the statement. It is with a lot of sadness that I say htat I have been experiencing a lot of harassment.
